ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Tehreek-I-Insaf (PTI) has moved toward Pakistan Electronic Media Administrative Authority (Pemra) against what it called entirely shocking, unpardonable and silly discussions of Inside Clergyman Rana Sanaullah against PTI Director Imran Khan in a live television program and looked for harsh activity against significant people of the program in the radiance of the Pemra set of principles.
In a letter kept in touch with Pemra Director on Friday, PTI pioneer Dr Iftikhar Durrani said on Oct 13, Mr Sanaullah was welcome to Geo News program Capital Talk.
In the program, he said, Mr Sanaullah involved extremely improper language against the PTI boss in sheer infringement of the Pemra governing set of principles.
Mr Durrani said Pemra regulation and set of rules didn’t allow the transmission of such discussions on the public media.
The PTI pioneer said the host of the program, Mr Hamid Mir, neither halted the hostile discussion of the inside serve nor erased his slanderous discussions in the recurrent broadcast against the PTI director.
“Rather a similar program was even transmission once more and delivered via online entertainment,” Mr Durrani said.
He requested the Pemra executive to take quick notification against the Television station for circulating such offensive substance in the program.
He likewise mentioned the administrative position to promptly eliminate the questionable substance from electronic and web-based entertainment other than making a move against pertinent people including the maker, chief and supervisor of the program in the radiance of the Pemra set of principles.
